How it works
Lets a run through at most once per window, blocking the rest (they leave through the bottom exit). Count runs that passed this step, or any run of the flow. The clock restarts when the hub restarts.
Example
Device changes (Motion detected) → Hasn’t run recently (30 min) → Send notification ("Motion at the cabin")At most one alert per half hour, however often motion repeats.

Exits
Two exits: true (the default connection) and false (drawn dashed). Connect a step to the second exit to handle the other case.
